SKINDRED: 'New Tracks Are Flowing Fast And Strong'
September 4, 2003Welsh combo SKINDRED, featuring former members of DUB WAR, have posted the following update on their official web site:
"SKINDRED [have a] new rehearsal space, the guys have been busy moving and doing up their new rehearsal space. They still are in the St Josephs ABC in the basement of the boxing club, the guys are busy writing some more brand new Ragga punk classics and building the strength of the band
"SKINDRED have already started playing some new track in the live set, so look out for 'A Cure for Cancer' and 'Start First' to songs that seem to get the place bouncing already and they haven't even recorded them yet. They should start demoing new tracks for the second album but it will be some time before they record the full-blown SKINDRED follow-up to 'Babylon' but the tracks are flowing fast and strong. More on the demo news to come!
"This coming October they should be playing more shows around Europe, and plans have started to get them back to the USA to pick up where they left of in the summer. Keep checking the gig list to see when they are in your area."
